Golden Ticket: PokerStars Adds More Online Platinum Winning Opportunities for US Players as PSPC Approaches
The Platinum opportunities keep coming for US PokerStars announced even more opportunities to win one of the coveted prizes on Friday for players in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Michigan.
A guarantees a player a complete $30,000 tournament package to the PokerStars Players Championship (PSPC). Online players can now win a through special Golden Ticket freerolls and PokerStars Fall Fest series.
The PSPC is set for Jan. 30 – Feb. 3 at the Baha Mar Resort in the Bahamas. The event is expected to be one of the biggest events on the 2023 poker calendar.
Winning via PokerStars Golden Ticket freerolls 
The Golden Ticket promotion is already underway in legalized PokerStars online poker markets. The events award three Platinum es, one in each state, through special freerolls set for Nov. 8.
Players must opt in to the promotion and play one hand of poker with a minimum buy-in of $1. They’ll then receive a chest with a mystery prize, which may contain a ticket to the Golden Ticket freeroll.
Players can opt in every day until Nov. 7 to be in with the chance to win a freeroll ticket.
More es up for grabs in Fall Fest
Along with the freerolls, one more Platinum will be awarded in each state in the Fall Fest. A total of three will be shipped in the series leaderboards from Nov. 11-28. The regular Fall Fest series returns for its second year soon, running Nov. 18-28.
The 120-event series features a total guarantee of $2 million across the three states including:
- Pennsylvania – $1 million
- New Jersey – $400,000
- Michigan – $500,000
The $200 Main Events get underway on Nov. 27. The tournament features a $150,000 guarantee in Pennsylvania, $100,000 in Michigan, and $50,000 in New Jersey.
Event buy-ins start at just $5. Players can win their way into the series via satellites starting at just $1. Those qualifiers kick off on Nov. 11.
Fall Fest leaderboards will see the top 500 (PA), 300 (MI) and 200 (NJ) players earn a spot in a freeroll on Nov. 29. The winners of these events take home the Platinum es.
